What is Recovery

Recovery is the process of transitioning from a problem/pain point to manageability of a new lifestyle.

Why does the court want me to do this? I don’t have any problems.

Getting arrested is a community safety issue. Receiving an evaluation can open a blind spot in your life you may be unaware of leading your current court challenges.

Recovery Counseling and More serves the NE Florida area. Offices in Yulee, Jacksonville and Starke with virtual services convenient for those with transportation concerns.

What can I expect after the assessment?

Everyone is different. You have a different lifestyle, different behaviors, different situations than anyone else. As such, an assessment or evaluation could recommend addiction education, follow up counseling, both or neither. However community safety remains a factor in recommendations.

Employee Assistance Program:

Employers offer EAP as a benefit for their employees to manage stress, anxiety, depression symptoms and more. Utilizing these benefits provides you with counseling at no cost to you.

Mental Health Services

Insurance or self-pay, counseling offers you the opportunity to work on your individual goals, address your needs and concerns in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space. Brief solution focused looks at your challenges, assists in devising an action plan and aids you in taking the steps necessary to reach you goal.

Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm individual services

Addiction Education Groups

Thursday in person 6-7pm

Saturday virtual 8:45-10:15

Saturday in person 11am-12:15pm

Saturday individual counseling hours 1pm -3pm

Yulee hours

Monday-Friday 9am-4pm individual services

Monday in person group 5:45-7pm

Starke hours – individual counseling
